Pozitology — Terms and Conditions
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Pozitology website and your participation in any Pozitology workshop, programme, coaching session or product purchase. By booking a place, purchasing a product, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
“Pozitology,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business operated by Debbie Edwards, trading as Pozitology.

3. Educational nature of our services — important
Pozitology workshops and programmes are educational and developmental. They are not psychological therapy, counselling, or a clinical mental-health service, and they are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
While Debbie Edwards holds qualifications in psychology and applied positive psychology, Pozitology does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical psychological services. If you are experiencing significant mental-health difficulties, we encourage you to seek appropriate support from a registered health practitioner, and you should not rely on a Pozitology programme in place of that care.
4. Bookings, payment, rescheduling and refunds
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking to a future workshop date at no charge, provided you give at least 30 days’ written notice before your scheduled start date. Within 30 days of your workshop, rescheduling is not available.
Refunds
Pozitology does not offer refunds for change of mind, including cancellation within 7 days of booking. This is because our programmes require personal preparation on our part, including the issue and review of your VIA character-strengths results before you arrive.
By booking, you are making a commitment to yourself and to the group. We ask you to make that decision carefully.
If Pozitology cancels a workshop, you will be offered the next available date or, if no suitable date can be found, a full refund.
Non-attendance
If you do not attend a workshop you have booked, no refund or credit is available.
Exceptional circumstances
In rare cases of serious illness or family emergency, we may offer a one-time credit toward a future workshop at our discretion. Requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the original workshop date and may require supporting documentation.
5. Product sales
Physical products (such as character-strengths card decks) are sold through our payment processor. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Faulty or damaged products are covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law. For change-of-mind returns on physical products, contact us within [__] days of delivery; products must be unused and in original condition.

6. Intellectual property
