VIA character-strengths results — the results of the VIA survey, which we arrange and review before your workshop. This may be treated as sensitive information.

We collect information directly from you when you book, fill in a form, email us, attend a workshop, or buy a product. We collect VIA results via the official VIA survey, which is arranged so that results come to us to preserve the discovery element of the programme. We collect website data automatically through cookies and analytics tools.

4. Why we collect and use it

We use your personal information to:

deliver the workshops, programmes and products you have booked;

prepare for your session, including reviewing your VIA results;

process payments and manage bookings;

communicate with you about your booking and respond to enquiries;

send you marketing or updates, only where you have opted in (you can opt out at any time); and

improve our services and website.

We collect VIA results and any sensitive information only with your consent, and use them solely for delivering and tailoring your programme.

5. Consent and your VIA results

Because your VIA character-strengths results and anything you disclose about your wellbeing may be sensitive information, we collect and use them only with your consent, which you give through the participant declaration before your programme begins. You may withdraw consent for future use at any time by contacting us, though this will not affect a programme already delivered.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business, including with:

our payment processor (default: Stripe) to process payments;

the VIA survey provider, in arranging your assessment;

our email and scheduling tools used to manage bookings and communication;

video-conferencing tools (default: Zoom) for online sessions;

our collaborators within Pozitology, who are bound to keep your information confidential; and

authorities where required by law.
